Welche Daten verarbeitet die App?

• Anonyme Nutzerkennung: Beim ersten Start erstellt die App eine anonyme Sitzung (zufällige ID) bei unserem Backend-Dienst Supabase. Es sind keine Registrierung, kein Name und keine E-Mail-Adresse erforderlich.
• App-Daten: Favoriten, eigene Rezepte und Einstellungen (z. B. Einheiten, Sprache) werden dieser anonymen ID zugeordnet und auf Servern von Supabase in der EU (Region Frankfurt) gespeichert.
• Käufe: In-App-Käufe werden vollständig über Apple abgewickelt. Wir erhalten keine Zahlungsdaten; die App speichert lediglich den Freischalt-Status.

Was die App NICHT tut

• Kein Werbe-Tracking, keine Werbe-SDKs, keine Analyse-Dienste von Drittanbietern.
• Keine Weitergabe oder kein Verkauf von Daten an Dritte.
• Kein Zugriff auf Kontakte, Fotos, Standort oder Mikrofon.

Rechtsgrundlage & Speicherdauer

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt zur Bereitstellung der App-Funktionen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Die anonymen Daten bleiben gespeichert, solange die App genutzt wird. Beim Löschen der App verliert die anonyme Sitzung ihre Verknüpfung; auf Wunsch löschen wir die zugehörigen Daten vollständig — eine formlose E-Mail genügt.

Deine Rechte

Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung und Einschränkung der Verarbeitung deiner Daten sowie ein Beschwerderecht bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde. Kontakt: thimo@yount.de.

What data does the app process?

• Anonymous user ID: On first launch the app creates an anonymous session (random ID) with our backend provider Supabase. No sign-up, name, or email address is required.
• App data: Favorites, custom recipes, and settings (units, language) are linked to this anonymous ID and stored on Supabase servers in the EU (Frankfurt region).
• Purchases: In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never receive payment details; the app only stores the unlock status.

What the app does NOT do

• No ad tracking, no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics.
• No selling or sharing of data with third parties.
• No access to contacts, photos, location, or microphone.

Legal basis & retention

Processing is necessary to provide the app's functionality (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Anonymous data is kept for as long as the app is used. If you delete the app, the anonymous session loses its link to your device; on request we will fully delete the associated data — a short email is enough.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Contact: thimo@yount.de.
